Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025 Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Applewood Tennis Club – Courts 1 to 6.
Registration Fee: $20/ person
Number of Teams: 16
Format: Men’s Doubles & Women’s Doubles
Match Type: Round Robin Format

Tournament Registration & Format

Eligibility: Players with an OTA rating between 3.0 and 4.5 are eligible to participate.

Registration Process:

  1. Register online under Register for Tournaments.
    Each player must register separately.

  2. Already have a partner?

    • Both players register individually.

  3. Need a partner?

    • Register online.

    • Then add your name, contact info, and OTA rating to the sign-up sheet at the club.

    • Organizers will help match players.

Tournament Format:

  • Planned as a round-robin with 16 teams split into 4 groups.

  • The top team (most games won) from each group advances to the “A” Bracket.

  • The second-place team advances to the “B” Bracket.

  • If fewer than 16 teams register, the format will be adjusted.
